This is my first experience living in a building with several staff members who know me and are happy to agree to the little extras, such as watering my plants when I am traveling, who bring packages to my door and attend to even small maintenance issues promptly and perfectly. The building is immaculately kept with several co-working and hospitality spaces, inside and outside. It's such a good place staffed by good-hearted people

Fitness and lobby is very awesome. Room and bathroom is very clean, and kitchen is wide. My room is furnished, and this is very helpful when I came first Ithaca.

As spring approached, and the temperature-fickle days of March in Ithaca made us wish we hadn't packed away our winter coats, the building management team invited us to the lobby to feast our eyes on a buffet of fresh cut spring flowers that we could put in our own arrangements to brighten our apartments. We like living here as we like our unit and the space as well as the amenities (especially the gym) but we do feel it's very expensive. When needed, maintenance has been very efficient and helpful, too.

Everyone at the front desk was so helpfull and pleasant in assisting me in everyway possible especially with the computor. The apartment was spottless and clean. The overall experience was pleasant and easy with no problems except Spectrum which finally got solved.

Best place to stay in Ithaca. Location is prime as it is just a few minutes walk from the Commons- many good restaurants nearby. Friendly staff and great facilities. Residents here are very nice and polite.

Richie, my dog loves living in City Centre. Every morning he peaks around corners trying to find Mr. Tom. He looks forward to seeing the staff so much that on walks he will try to run home when he sees the building because he knows a treat and attention is waiting for him.

This place is amazing! It has everything you need for a good time while working or studying. If you're into nature and city vibes, this spot is one of the good ones for you. It's super central and there are tons of fun and hobbies one can explore in its facilities.

I have lived here since the building opened and there's never been a break in the consistently warm and friendly, ambient environment, the spotless and fresh appearance of the building inside and out, and the staff's readiness to maintain and upgrade tenant spaces on request. CityCentre is consistently impeccable in its upkeep, service orientation and the whole vibe.

The building is well maintained, staff is great, and maintenance requests are fulfilled promptly. The gym is great and I love the location! I do think it would be nice to have an "over 40" cocktail or other gathering since the building is very student focused.

This place is seriously awesome! Everyone here is so nice, and the staff is always on top of things. I've been having a blast exploring and finding tons of things to do. I'm already feeling right at home in Ithaca. It's been such a great experience so far!

Our experience thus far has been good. We’re really happy in our apartment and are happy with the amenities provided. Only negatives are that it took a while to get cable set up and we wish that other residents would be more considerate when it comes to shared spaces like the gym and even the trash chute room.

I’ve always thought City Centre was 5 stars but recently you can tell that the success of the Ithacan is more important than City Centre. The staff is seriously amazing so I really hope the owners are discussing pay increases for them having to maintain and meet the needs of residents at 2 properties…

Everyone who works here is so nice! The building is kept very clean and I like the decor and amenities. The coffee machine is amazing! The only issue I’ve been having is with packages— so far I’ve had two packages that have been stolen. I wish there was a better system for sorting them or the mailman would put them directly in our mailbox

CityCentre is so conveniently located to everything that makes Ithaca special. In just three blocks you can take a world class hike through a cascading waterfall up to the Cornell campus. There's a free campus bus that circulates nearby every ten minutes. Movies, shopping, foodie delights, all within a short stroll. And when you come home, all the community spaces are clean and inviting. What a great place to live.

Apartment is very nice, great amenities and location. Would be nice if garage was unlocked for all residents so walk-ins to the grocery carts were an available option.

It is great. I love the beautiful view and surroundings! There are only two problems: I cannot fully open the window, and the shower head is not good. I have bought a new one.

CityCentre has a responsive, friendly and generous staff. They understand that life throws the need for special requests at a tenant sometimes, like when you forget to ask anyone to water your plant while you are gone. They do that! The maintenance and porter staff do the heavy lifting when I need help. Every part of the infrastructure is maintained at the building inside the apts and out to the highest level of working order. I above all appreciate the people-first values that the people who work here convey. Tasha even surprised me by blowing up balloons for me on my birthday.

I’m enjoying the yoga class every two weeks and using the gym. The staff is really helpful, too. The building seems to primarily have students as tenants and I’d like to meet any older professionals that might live here. But the location is great.

Some of the things I appreciate most about living in CityCentre probably aren't mentioned on the leasing tour. My closets are so large that I can fill them with stored items yet I still have room to roll my standing desk into the closet and close the door on it at the end of the workday. You can find several places to fill your water vessel with filtered city water that eliminates the chlorine taste other downtown water has. The ceilings are really high, adding a spacious feel to the interiors. There is room to put everything away and appreciate the clean, clear spaciousness of these apts. The leasing agents, management team and porters also won't mention how friendly they are, how flexible and accommodating, that they will water your plants when you're away if you ask, and greet your pet with affection and treats so the pet knows that this home is great, even if you do have to take an elevator to get to your own spot by the big picture window in your apartment

During the approximately five month long Ithaca winters, when the sidewalks are often, but never predictably, icy and/or slushy, it is of inestimable value to have an indoor gym, a highly energy efficient tenant-operated, room-by-room, thermostat-controlled heating system, and the car safely tucked into the garage away from the elements. I have come to love these features and the ease they bring as a tenant. No shoveling! No scraping! No slipping!

Everyone is polite, building staff are respectful and welcoming. Any needs/help I need for maintenance is always met quickly and handled professionally. The events held for residents are also a welcome sight as it can be hard to get out and about during COVID.

This is my third year at Ithaca City Centre. Can’t say enough about the convenience of its location. But I guess what the residents appreciate the most is the hospitality and friendliness of the staff here. They are responsive and try to help whenever they can. And it’s very safe to stay here as well. Nice neighbors.

This is a first class facility. Excellent, high-quality apartments. Outstanding staff. Great location. And a “customer service mentality” that makes you feel good about living here. Overall, all our expectations have been met. (One tenant-landlord communication about an insurance certificate and an improper service charge needs to be corrected; but I’m confident it will be resolved promptly.)

Living here is comfortable and fun. Apartments are a bit too small for the rent we pay -- or too costly for their size -- compared with the rental prices you find in the Ithaca area. Other than that, we believe this is a great place!

CityCentre Ithaca is such an easy place to live. Ithaca is walkable and friendly, the pedestrian mall is across the street. There are two good hotels (Hilton and Marriott) across the street for friends to stay close by but with their own space. It has it all with location. The units are highly energy efficient. Each room has its own microclimate with thermostat. The convenience and support of the friendly and resourceful staff is unbeatable.

I Love it here!! It's so beautiful, everyone is friendly, and the amenities are second to none. I love going outside and grilling at night during the fall and summer nights. The bars and restaurants that are walkable to us are also insanely convenient.
